RULES OF PROCEDURE OF THE BMV (MEXICAN STOCK EXCHANGE)
Bolsa Mexicana de Valores, S.A.B. de C.V. (Mexican Stock Exchange), obtained from the National Banking and Securities Commission the authorization (number 601-I-CGN 78755/99) of its internal regulation on September, 27 of 1999 under the terms of Securities Market Act.
In this section it is possible to be consulted the current Rules of procedure, as well as the diverse reforms authorized by the National Banking and Securities Commission. Also, it is possible to be consulted the Manuals, Code of Professional Ethics of the Mexican Community Market (Código de Ética Profesional de la Comunidad Bursátil Mexicana) and the Self-regulatory Norms emitted by the BMV.
