In accordance with the provisions in Article 28 of the Provisions of a general nature applicable to the issuers of securities and other participants of the securities market issued by the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV), the Mexican Stock Exchange reviews on an annual basis the fulfillment of the 2 requirements.
"The Mexican Stock Exchange is under the obligation of informing every year on June".
The result of this annual review reports to the National Banking and Securities Commission in the month of June, in addition to making it available to the general public through this website; in accordance with the provisions of the said Article 28.
